Policies:

  • Rates are based on per cottage for accommodation only for the following maximum persons:
    • 1 bedroom cottages have a maximum 4 persons
    • 2 bedroom cottages have a maximum 6 persons
    • 3 bedroom cottages have a maximum 8 persons
    • Albert Manor has a maximum of 11 persons
  • "Persons" are regarded as ages 3 and above.
  • There is no refund for fewer people than the maximum stated for the cottage.
  • All rates are subject to 5% service charge and 13% HST
  • Cottage Renters enjoy the same facilities and services, and are subject to the same rules and policies, as our Cottage Owners.
  • Deposit policy: Equivalent to the greater of $400 or 30% of the stay.  Deposit required upon booking by credit card or cash (no personal cheques).
  • Cancel policy:  $25 cancellation fee if cancelled before 21 days prior to arrival date.  Deposit charged if cancelled between 7 to 21 days before arrival date.  Full value of stay charged if cancelled after 7 days prior to arrival date.  If unit is rebooked for entire stay, $25 cancellation fee only.  There is no refund for early departure.
  • There will be a damage deposit required on check in via credit card.
  • Day Visitors: $20.00 per person, plus taxes, payable to the front desk on arrival. Children under age 3 are no charge. Includes same facilities/services as our cottage renters for the day.
  • Reservations: Weekly rentals will be given priority during our Holiday Season. Shorter stays are subject to availability.
  • Rental units are housekeeping cottages. On departure, cottages requiring more than usual housekeeping will be subject to a cleaning fee.
  • Cribs and high chairs are available for a rental fee of $3.00 per day (plus applicable taxes).
  • All of our Cottages are non-smoking.
  • Unfortunately, we do not allow any pets.
