The price schedule for The Cottages II at Port Stanton varies according to the desired cottage design and the fixed summer week chosen. The other four weeks; one in each of Winter, Autumn, Spring and Bonus seasons, will be booked through a reservation sequence that is assigned to each owner upon purchase. The sequence of choosing weeks in each of the four seasons will rotate yearly between the owners of each cottage. Experience all the benefits of cottage ownership, without all the work.
The Cottages I
The Cottages at Port Stanton 'Cottages I' was a landmark success! We are proud our luxurious cottages were nominated for an Interior Design Award by the American Resort Development Association (ARDA) in the winter of 2003. The fractional ownership of each cottage offers ten owners five scheduled weeks of each year. The project, encompassing eighteen detached cottages (1, 2 and 3 bedroom), private clubhouse, and a host of recreation facilities and services, was completed and has been enjoyed since 2002. The Balsam Fractional Cottage at Port Stanton
Two Bedroom Lock-Off. 1,596 sq. ft.
This design features two luxurious one bedrooms; both with a single Jacuzzi tub and shower combo bathroom, kitchen and living room overlooking the lake. Both units have a gas fireplace. One unit has a king bed in the bedroom and the second unit has two queen beds in the bedroom.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, electric appliances, dishware and utensils; central heating and air-conditioning. These units interconnect between the living rooms on the main floor. Maximum occupancy is 10 persons when you include the sofa beds.
The Oak Cottage
Three Bedroom Semi Detached Cottage 1,826 sq. ft.
These three bedroom semi-detached cottages are designed with comfort, living space, accessibility and with lake views in mind. This custom design features two master suites, one upstairs and one downstairs to ensure accessibility.
The main floor bathroom is universally accessible with full handicap and wheelchair access. The upper master suite hosts a king size bed and an over-sized soaker tub and shower, a second gas fireplace and walk-out balcony facing the lake.
The third bedroom, also located on the upper floor is equipped with two double beds. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, electric appliances, dish ware and utensils; gas fireplace in living room; central heating and air-conditioning. Maximum occupancy is 10 persons.
The Birch Cottage
Three Bedroom fully detached Cottage with 1,594 sq. ft.
These spacious, custom-designed three bedroom cottages offer award winning features with a beautiful view of Lake Sparrow and include:

- king size bed in the upper master bedroom
- queen size bed in the second bedroom and two double beds in the third bedroom
